The company BRE/OPERA operates the website www.dalmatabooking.com, designed to allow users to book hotel rooms at the hotel brands listed below.
By using this website, you agree to our general terms, which apply to all bookings made by internet. The booking procedure also includes a step where you must accept these conditions. If you fail to do so, you will not be able to proceed with reservation. By using this site, you also confirm that you have received all the information needed to make a booking on this site.
You also confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that all the information you provide is true and accurate. Any fraudulent use in your name or on behalf of others may result in your being blocked from our site and potential financial liability. These general terms apply to the use of our website and to all bookings and purchases made by individuals on this site with one of the BRE OPERA SAS hotels. The offers and general terms presented are valid on the day they are viewed. They are updated periodically, but bookings will be honoured on the date of the stay under the conditions specified at the time the reservation was made.
Bookings and purchases cannot be made for same-day stays after 7 PM (GMT + 1 hour) for Ibis Budget, Ibis Styles, Ibis, Comfort, B&B, Misterbed City and unbranded hotels, and after 5 PM (GMT + 1 hour) for HotelF1 and Misterbed. In this case, please contact the hotel directly.
Room rentals run from 12 noon to 12 noon (local time at the hotel). Certain HotelF1 and Misterbed City hotels are accessible 24 hours thanks to payment kiosks (Please have your credit card and reservation number handy). Please note that many hotels close at 11 PM (local time at the hotel). If you plan to arrive late, please contact the hotel directly.
A reservation number is assigned each time you make a booking, allowing you to cancel your reservation in some cases. Please note that if you pay online, no cancellations, modifications or refunds are allowed.
The descriptions and photos of the hotels on the site provide an overview that is as accurate is possible. However, there may be some variations. Provided that the variation does not have to do with a substantial quality of the service proposed, no claims can be made in this respect.
For bookings made on the Internet, we will ask you for your credit card number and expiration date as a guarantee. You will pay the hotel at the end of your stay, except in the case of no shows. In this case, you will be charged for the first night for each room booked.
Most hotels accept the following cards (in addition to cash): Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, Maestro, Eurocard.
Some hotels also accept:

- Chèques Vacances, chèques Cadhoc, chèques Tir Groupé, chèques 3 Suisses,
- Cheques (there may be a minimum and you may be required to show ID).

Except for non-changeable and non-cancellable offers, or if you have paid online, you can cancel your reservations up to 6 PM (local time) for the same day, on the Internet, through the reservation centre or directly with the hotel. You will receive a cancellation number. If you interrupt your stay, the hotel will charge you for the entire stay booked.
The rates on our site are in euros or the local currency in some cases. The rates include all taxes, except for the daily individual tourist tax that may be charged by the city.
Our rates are subject to change at any time, though this does not apply to confirmed bookings unless the changes involve legal or regulatory taxes imposed by the authorities.
Non-changeable – non-cancellable offers
We may from time to time make promotional offers that cannot be modified our cancelled. In accordance with article L121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the cooling-off period stipulated in article L121-20 is not applicable.
Our site proposes certain offers that must be paid for online. Please note, in this case, there are no changes, no cancellations and no refunds. The entire stay will be charged to your credit card. In other cases, your credit card number is used only to guarantee your booking and as stipulated above in paragraph 3 of the article “Booking”.
Payments on the website are made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard) via a secure payment system. You will be asked for your credit card number, the card security code on the back of your card and the expiration date. Any irregular, incomplete or fraudulent payment for reasons attributable to you will result in cancellation of the booking at your expense, without prejudice to any civil or criminal action.
The booking process is as follows:
- you indicate your search criteria
- we make you one or more offers
- you choose the offer you want
- the order summary shows the itemized prices and total price including VAT.
- you check your order and make any necessary corrections
- you pay online using the secure payment system
- An itemized order confirmation is displayed on the screen (you should print and save a copy).
- you will receive an itemized order confirmation at the email address you provided. The stay reserved is not purchased until your credit card has been charged and you have received our confirmation.
The confirmation represents the agreement between the parties, and the payment procedure is considered to be the electronic signature. Disputes must be addressed directly to the hotel in question by registered mail with return receipt within 8 days.
In the event of a dispute, the data stored in our information system serves as conclusive evidence.
Requests for information and complaints should be sent to the hotel in question, with a copy to the Service Commercial de BRE OPERA SAS (97 Rue Anatole France – 92300 Levallois Perret) which may offer to act as mediator between the parties.
Please be aware that the hotels are operated by companies that are legally independent from BRE OPERA SAS and accordingly they are solely liable for any damages suffered by clients. BRE OPERA SAS and the hotels are insured for professional liability by a reputable insurance company.
Claims involving a stay must be sent within 30 days from the end of the stay. The client must also have reported the problem during his stay in order to limit any prejudice.
If a hotel is not in a position to honour your booking, the hotel will make every effort to relocate you at its expense at a nearby hotel that is of an equivalent or superior quality.

Liability and guarantee
You confirm that you are aware of the risks related to the use of the Internet. BRE OPERA SAS will make every effort to ensure with its suppliers the proper functioning of the website but cannot guarantee that the site is free from problems or malfunctions. BRE OPERA SAS cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the site, in accordance with the statements in the “Legal Statements” section of the website. In particular, we cannot be held liable for non-performance or incorrect performance attributable to the client or third parties, or due to force majeure incidents.
These general terms are subject to French law. The parties agree to make every effort to reach an amicable settlement.
The fact that BRE OPERA SAS does not at any given time enforce any one of these General Terms shall not be construed as waiving the right to subsequently enforce any one of the said terms. Should any clause in this agreement be invalid or illegal, this shall not affect the validity or legality of the remaining clauses or the agreement as a whole, unless said clause is essential and determinant. The clause in question shall be replaced by a valid clause that comes as close as possible to the intentions of the original clause. In the event of a force majeure incident, including the interruption of means of communication and strikes, the hotel shall be released from its obligations and the non-performed services shall be refunded in the case of pre-payment online, to the exclusion of payment of any damages.
